Phase I - Needs Analysis
Hospitality Innovations will conduct several surveys with key management and staff to determine the requirements and budget of the property. A visit to the property and/or the corporate office may be conducted to help with this process. Network equipment and other computer hardware will be inspected to ensure it meets the current standards for the selected systems. After the visit, Hospitality Innovations will submit a report to the client detailing the needs, budget and software specifications needed to ensure a successful selection. Any hardware purchases or upgrades necessary will also be detailed in the report for the locations visited.
